About the role

This remote, entry‑level sales position focuses on life‑insurance products and works exclusively with warm leads—people who have already expressed interest by filling out a form, requesting a quote, or calling in. You will guide families through coverage options and help them choose the best fit for their budget.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and warm outbound leads, conducting calls or Zoom sessions.
Understand each family’s situation and present relevant coverage options from over 60 carrier partners.
Answer questions honestly, address objections, and assist prospects in making a decision.
Track daily activity and consistently meet production goals.
Close sales on the same day when possible, or follow up as needed.

Required profile

Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone.
Coachable and willing to follow a proven script and training system.
U.S. citizen or legal resident able to pass a standard background check.
Possess a Life & Health insurance license or be ready to obtain one quickly through the company’s guided process.
