About the role

This is an entry‑level, fully remote sales position focused on life‑insurance policies. You will work with inbound and warm leads, guiding families to the right coverage while earning commission based on your performance.

Key responsibilities

Assist prospects who have requested life‑insurance information to select appropriate policies.
Handle leads via phone and Zoom, working through a daily queue.
Log daily activity and monitor production goals with your mentor.
Collaborate with a network of 60+ carriers to present options.

Required profile

Coachability and willingness to take direction.
Comfortable speaking on the phone daily.
U.S.-based location (remote, San Angelo area a plus).
Ability to pass a background check.
Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
