About the role

This is a remote, entry‑level sales position focused on helping prospects who have already expressed interest in life insurance. You will work over phone and Zoom, using provided leads and a mentor to guide you.

Key responsibilities

Process inbound and warm outbound leads, discussing families' budgets and insurance needs.
Guide clients through selecting policies from a network of 60+ carriers.
Log daily activity and track production goals.

Required profile

Coachability and willingness to follow direction.
Comfortable speaking on the phone daily.
U.S.-based location (Sioux Falls area a plus).
Pass a background check.
Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
