Entry Level Remote Sales – $50K‑$300K Potential

About the role

This is a remote, entry‑level sales role focused on helping prospects who have already expressed interest in life insurance. You will work over phone and Zoom, using provided leads to match families with suitable policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and warm outbound leads from a queue, discussing budget and coverage needs.
• Guide prospects through options across a network of 60+ carriers and close sales.
• Log daily activity and track progress against production goals with a mentor.

Required profile

• Coachable and willing to follow training and mentorship.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone daily and building rapport.
• U.S.‑based location (Richardson area a plus) and able to pass a background check.
• Either hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one with company support.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication for client conversations.
• Basic computer proficiency to log activity and use CRM tools.
