About the role

Join a remote sales team helping people who have already expressed interest in life insurance find the right policy. All work is done via phone and Zoom with inbound or warm outbound leads – no cold calling.

Key responsibilities

Work through a daily queue of qualified leads, discussing families' budgets and needs.
Guide prospects through options across a network of 60+ carriers.
Log activity and track production goals to monitor performance.

Required profile

Coachability and willingness to take direction.
Comfort speaking on the phone daily.
U.S.-based location (Roanoke area a plus for occasional in‑person meetings).
Ability to pass a background check.
Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
