About the role

This is an entry‑level remote position designed for candidates starting a career in life‑insurance sales. You will receive comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and support while working with pre‑qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

Learn the fundamentals of life insurance products and how they meet family needs.
Conduct guided conversations with leads who have already requested assistance.
Follow a proven sales system to move prospects toward a decision.
Handle live calls with ongoing mentor support.

Required profile

U.S. residency.
Clean background check.
Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (company provides guidance).

What we offer

100% commission, uncapped earnings (average $800‑$1,200 per sale).
Potential earnings $50,000+ part‑time or $80,000‑$300,000+ full‑time in the first year, paid daily/weekly.
