About the role

This entry-level remote position is designed for individuals starting their sales career in life insurance. You will receive comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and work exclusively with inbound leads who have already expressed interest.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and guide natural conversations about life insurance coverage.
Apply a proven system to move prospects toward a decision without cold calling.
Collaborate with a mentor for ongoing support and objection handling.

Required profile

U.S. residency and clean background check.
Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain one (guidance provided).

What we offer

100% commission structure, uncapped earnings.
Typical earnings: $800‑$1,200 per sale, $50,000+ part‑time or $80,000‑$300,000+ full‑time in the first year.
Daily/weekly pay and performance‑based incentives.
