About the role

Join a remote insurance sales team that supplies you with pre‑qualified, warm leads. Your focus is to have genuine conversations, match clients with suitable life insurance products, and close sales.

Key responsibilities

Engage warm leads who have already expressed interest in life insurance.
Conduct helpful client conversations, recommend appropriate coverage from over 60 carrier partners, and close sales.

Required profile

U.S. residency and ability to pass a background check.
Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain one (company will guide you).

What we offer

Commission‑only pay with no cap ($800‑$1,200 average per sale, $50k+ part‑time, $80k‑$300k+ full‑time).
Performance‑based incentives and daily/weekly payouts.
Full training, mentorship for early calls, and access to a wide range of carriers.
