About the role

This remote, entry‑level position lets you start a career in life‑insurance sales without prior industry experience. You will work with pre‑qualified leads and receive full training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

Engage with inbound and warm outbound leads who have already expressed interest in life‑insurance coverage.
Conduct honest, natural conversations to assess client needs and match them with appropriate products from over 60 carrier partners.
Complete the sales process, from presentation to closing, while following compliance guidelines.

Required profile

U.S. residency and a clean background check.
Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (support provided).
Reliability, coachability and a genuine interest in talking to people daily.

What we offer

100% commission compensation with no earnings cap; average sale yields $800‑$1,200.
Potential earnings: $50,000+ for part‑time and $80,000‑$300,000+ for full‑time consultants in the first year.
Daily/weekly pay cadence and performance‑based incentives.
