About the role

Recruiting at Total Quality Logistics offers recent graduates a fast‑paced entry into talent acquisition. You will own the full candidate search process for sales roles nationwide, partnering with an on‑site hiring manager and benefitting from a paid training program.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑volume sales talent using multiple channels.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage offers through the Avature ATS.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
• Document interview progress, feedback, and onboarding paperwork accurately.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Coachability and comfort working in a metrics‑driven environment.
• College degree preferred; military veterans encouraged.
• Willingness to work 100 % on‑site in Metairie, LA.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, specifically Avature.
