About the role

This entry‑level position offers an uncapped commission structure where your earnings directly reflect the policies you sell. You will work with inbound or warm outbound leads, receive structured product training, and be paired with a mentor for live calls.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and warm outbound life insurance inquiries, ensuring each prospect receives tailored information.
Complete product fundamentals and conversation‑skills training before taking live calls.
Collaborate with a mentor to refine sales techniques and achieve performance targets.

Required profile

U.S. residency and ability to pass a background check.
Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one quickly through the company’s guided process.
