Entry Level Corporate Trainer

About the role

As an Entry Level Corporate Trainer you will deliver professional development and new‑associate orientation courses to employees in our Houston office. You will also design and develop training materials, manage classroom sessions, maintain training databases, and evaluate participant progress.

Key responsibilities

• Teach professional development and orientation courses in a classroom setting.
• Design, develop, and update training curricula and instructor guides.
• Manage class logistics, maintain training databases, and record student evaluations.
• Attend all training sessions, present to fellow instructors, and collaborate with a senior training mentor.
• Travel to the Dayton office once or twice a year as needed.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Prior teaching or training experience (helpful).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Project management, detail‑oriented, and organized.
• Familiarity with online training tools (a plus).
