Entry Level Business Development Representative

About the role

Bisnow is looking for a high‑performing, entry‑level Business Development Representative to join its Commercial Real Estate Advertising and Event Sales team. You will work closely with CRE clients to promote their brands through sponsorships, media placements, and live networking events, while gaining a clear path toward a Business Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision‑makers across all CRE asset classes.
• Drive event sponsorship sales (digital and in‑person) by prospecting, researching, and confirming sponsor participation.
• Generate new business opportunities to build a strong pipeline for senior sales staff.
• Engage prospects via phone and email, and respond to inbound leads.
• Collaborate with the event production team to design sponsor‑friendly programs.
• Brainstorm fresh event topics aligned with industry trends.
• Track daily activities and meet individual and team KPIs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or candidate with internship, coursework, or early‑career experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivation to learn, work hard, and progress to a Business Manager role.
• Availability to start on July 6th and work a hybrid schedule (3‑4 days onsite, 1‑2 days remote).
