Entry-Level Associate Recruitment Consultant (Sept 2026 Start)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in Brickell, Miami. This entry‑level position starts in September 2026 and offers full exposure to the 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking and market mapping.
• Source, engage and qualify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops and offer negotiations between clients and candidates.
• Build long‑term relationships with both hiring managers and talent pools within specialized technical markets.
• Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks and competitor activity to become a market expert.

Required profile

• Highly competitive, goal‑oriented and financially motivated.
• Strong communicator who thrives under pressure and can handle a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Coachable, eager to learn and open to continuous feedback.
• Previous experience in sales, athletics, hospitality, customer service, leadership roles or internships is valued.
