Enterprise Sales Executive - Payroll Tax Solutions

About the role

Asure Software, an HCM provider with over 600 employees, is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to sell its Payroll Tax Management solutions to enterprise companies in the assigned geography. The role drives new business through a sound sales strategy, networking, cold calling, industry conferences and other business development methods, while working with existing clients to generate business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage marketing-generated leads to build a pipeline that ensures quota attainment
• Set up calls and meetings with decision makers, influencers and senior executives
• Present the partnership value of Asure throughout the sales cycle, going beyond product features
• Understand prospect business needs and market challenges
• Negotiate win-win financial agreements and conduct negotiations on behalf of Asure
• Run high-level product demonstrations and present the value of partnering with Asure
• Record sales activities in Salesforce and provide accurate sales forecasts

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• At least 5 years of successful consultative software sales with named accounts
• Experience selling a Payroll Tax, HCM or TLM SaaS solution preferred
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quota
• Experience managing multiple sales engagements and projects
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft and virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Zoom
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation and persuasion skills
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

• OTE salary of $220,000 - $260,000 plus an uncapped commission structure
