Enterprise Project Manager – Technology Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to lead high‑impact technology initiatives, beginning with a large‑scale telephony implementation and extending across our infrastructure, clinical applications, and corporate portfolios. The role will also help mature our PMO standards, governance, and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide technology projects, ensuring delivery within aggressive timelines.
• Drive the end‑to‑end rollout of a large‑scale telephony system, coordinating readiness and change management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource allocations, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with technical teams, vendors, product owners, and business leaders to align delivery objectives.
• Support the evolution of PMO processes, standards, governance, and reporting practices.
• Oversee infrastructure‑focused activities related to telephony and other enterprise systems.
• Validate vendor invoices, monitor expenses, and assist with budget tracking.
• Utilize Smartsheet, Workday, ServiceNow, and other tools to manage execution and reporting.

Required profile

• 7+ years managing enterprise infrastructure projects, including telephony implementations.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior executives and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience leading organizational change and readiness initiatives.
• Strong risk‑management, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Track record of managing project budgets, external vendors, and internal resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) and PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
