Enterprise Integration Project Manager

About the role

Moog’s Military Aircraft Group is looking for an Enterprise Integration Project Manager, Change Enablement to lead modernization initiatives. The role blends project execution with organizational change support to ensure new processes, tools and ways of working are adopted smoothly across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage end‑to‑end project plans, milestones and delivery dependencies aligned to modernization priorities.
• Run day‑to‑day project execution, including status management, issue resolution and escalation.
• Maintain control of scope, timelines, RAID logs and change requests.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work across business, IT and partner teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Prepare concise reporting for leadership and governance forums.
• Support testing, cut‑over readiness, go‑live activities and stabilization planning.
• Lead change impact assessments, develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans, and track adoption indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of project‑management experience on major modernization or ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business, IT and delivery partners.
• Strong execution mindset with clear stakeholder‑management discipline.
• Willingness to travel up to 10 %.

Required skills

• ERP and MES implementation experience.
• Project‑management tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira.
• Structured delivery methods: waterfall‑hybrid, agile‑hybrid, stage‑gate.
• Project‑change certifications: PMP, CAPM, Prosci.
