Engineering Manager

About the role

Radar is seeking a hands‑on Engineering Manager for its Radar Protect team in New York City. You will act as a player‑coach, writing code, reviewing pull requests, and leading a team of engineers across backend, frontend, and mobile stacks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across backend, frontend and mobile technologies.
• Lead a team of five engineers working on core Radar products using TypeScript, Rust, React, and mobile languages.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to gather feedback and ensure successful product adoption.

Required profile

• Generalist engineer mindset, comfortable across multiple technology stacks.
• Interest in talking to customers or prospects and helping them succeed.
