Engineer II – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is seeking an Engineer II to support daily operations through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. The role ensures that all hotel systems and equipment function flawlessly, contributing to a seamless luxury guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all hotel mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Execute general repairs promptly, responding to guest and internal maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize tasks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Document work performed and update maintenance logs accurately.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel engineering, maintenance, or similar technical role.
• Solid knowledge of general repair and maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
• Valid work authorization for the United States.
