Engagement Manager

About the role

Talentism is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead internal teams, build trusted client relationships, and ensure the value of our services is recognized. This remote, part‑time position supports organizations in achieving their business goals through our neuroscience‑based methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, providing clear context, expectations, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Maintain clear communication with clients about expectations, deliverables, and progress, growing the relationship into a strategic partnership.
• Monitor client satisfaction through metrics such as renewals and feedback, and support the Account Manager in identifying expansion opportunities.
• Drive teams to help clients achieve meaningful business wins and ensure clients recognize the value created.
