Employee Success Associate

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for a hands-on Employee Success (HR) Associate to support business units within its North America teams across the entire employee lifecycle. The associate delivers critical HR processes and services and takes on advanced responsibilities that contribute to strategic HR initiatives. The role is full-time, based in Boston, Massachusetts, and supports a work-anywhere approach.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, reference letters, employee changes, off-boarding materials and related areas
• Provide first-line support for employees within designated business groups
• Operational support across core Employee Success processes and programs
• Support onboarding of new hires
• Partner with Employee Success (HR) Business Partners on key projects and initiatives
• Own the data quality of the HRIS system and align with global HR operational processes
• Lead process improvement initiatives to improve HR service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Experience working at a scale-up or software company
• Ambition for professional growth and development

Required skills

• Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with HR tools and systems such as Workday and Lever
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Base pay of $50,000 - $70,000, with possible variable bonus and/or stock bonus
