Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

Airbus is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join its HR team across several U.S. locations. The role partners with leaders and employees to resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and uphold Airbus values and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and operationalise Airbus values within the employee‑leader relationship.
• Act as the front‑line focal point for Employee Relations matters for assigned business units.
• Develop and implement ER strategies, tools and processes.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve ER processes.
• Support rapid and effective resolution of employee concerns.
• Facilitate tactical ER activities and promote a culture of respect and trust.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of employee relations principles and best practices.
• Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, managers and employees.
• Ability to analyse data and make evidence‑based recommendations.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
