Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will be responsible for the service and retention of middle to large market group benefit accounts. MMA provides business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and private client insurance solutions, combining the personalized service of a local consultant with the resources of Marsh McLennan.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day correspondence and questions with clients.
• Assist Producers and Benefit Consultants in gathering the information needed for new and renewing groups to submit to the marketing team.
• Help with implementations, intake forms and enrollments.
• Keep workflows organized and clients' electronic files up to date in the document management system.

Required profile

• Skills to communicate with clients, carriers and prospects about Employee Health & Benefits lines of coverage.
• College degree desirable, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• An active 2-15 license.
