Account Manager Trainee (Insurance) - Early Career Program

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) offers an Early Career Insurance Account Manager Training Program for Account Manager Trainees on the AMPD team. The role teaches the workflows and best practices of the customer service side of the insurance industry, with professional development trainings alongside the work.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to route policy documents and client notices
• Develop a working knowledge of insurance carrier websites and how to use them
• Follow up with carriers on pending policy coverage changes and cancellations
• Review renewal policies and endorsements for quality assurance
• Obtain loss history and issue insurance certificates

Required profile

• College degree, or a combination of education and comparable work experience, preferred
• Analytical problem-solving ability and energy to complete computer-based assignments
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to procedures
• Organizational and time-management skills and discipline to stay on task
• A Florida 4-40 license and/or 2-20 license currently held or obtainable within 90 days is a plus, not required
