Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring an Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager in Clearwater. As Account Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you will be responsible for the service and retention of middle to large market group benefit accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day correspondence and questions with clients
• Assist Producers and Benefit Consultants in gathering the information needed for new and renewing groups to submit to the marketing team
• Handle implementations, intake forms and help with enrollments
• Keep workflows organized and keep clients' electronic files up to date in the document management system

Required profile

• Skills to communicate with clients, carriers and prospects about Employee Health & Benefits lines of coverage
• College degree desirable, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• An active 2-15 license
