About the role

Join a high‑volume Level II Trauma Center as an Emergency Medicine Physician. You will work in a 518‑bed hospital that serves over 80,000 emergency visits annually and rotate among several CHRISTUS Mother Frances emergency departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to a diverse patient population.
• Manage acute trauma cases in a Level II Trauma Center environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation, order entry, and care coordination.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in Texas.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Commitment to the mission of a faith‑based, not‑for‑profit organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Epic electronic medical record system.
