About the role
Grace Community School is seeking an elementary school teacher who views the classroom as a calling. The position is based in Tyler, Texas, and integrates a Christ‑centered worldview into every lesson.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, rigorous lessons for elementary‑aged students.
- Incorporate Scripture and a Christian worldview naturally into all subject areas.
- Collaborate with grade‑level team members to align curriculum and assessment.
- Partner with parents to support students’ academic, spiritual, and social growth.
- Maintain consistent classroom management with joy and grace.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).
- Experience teaching elementary students.
- Commitment to a biblical worldview and a shepherd’s heart.
