Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Specialist

About the role

Join the Human Resources team at Cor‑Vanama Solutions in St Cloud, MN as an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Specialist. You will support both internal and external staff using the EVV platform to record work time, ensuring accurate payroll and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Attend DHS webinars and trainings on EVV, then disseminate relevant information to leadership and staff.
• Develop and deliver EVV training materials for new internal hires and external CDI employees.
• Provide phone, in‑person, and electronic support to users experiencing difficulties with the EVV app.
• Troubleshoot EVV issues, answer questions, and maintain contact information in various software systems.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer service skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Compassion for families served by the organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Data‑entry experience and strong computer/phone knowledge.
