About the role

Join Cor-Vanama Solutions' Human Resources team in St. Cloud, MN as an Employee Enrollment Specialist. This entry‑level, full‑time position focuses on enrolling and supporting employees who participate in Minnesota Department of Human Services programs.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll Financial Management Service (FMS) employees using electronic and paper packets.
• Manage updates in MN New Hire, NetStudy, MINITS Mailbox, and CDI systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contact employees when information or forms are missing.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer service skills and compassion for families.
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs and strong data‑entry abilities.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and adapt in a fast‑changing environment.
