Electro-Polisher Operator

About the role

Alloy Products Corp. is seeking an Electro‑Polisher Operator to join its production team in Waukesha, WI. The role involves using acid‑based electro‑polishing processes to give sheet‑metal components a mirror‑like finish while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive job assignments and review engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Prepare parts, dip them in acid chemicals and apply electrical current to achieve the specified finish.
• Inspect parts before and after processing for scratches, defects or imperfections.
• Operate and maintain electro‑polishing machinery and related production equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation at all times.
• Communicate any issues promptly to supervisors or team leads.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General manufacturing experience; sheet‑metal background is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and work instructions.
• Strong focus on product quality and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work with acid chemicals while wearing proper PPE.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of a production environment.
