Electrical Project Manager for Commercial & Industrial Construction

About the role

Rinvio is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial and mission‑critical construction projects. This full‑time W‑2 position requires overseeing schedules, client communication, subcontractor coordination and project execution while maintaining detailed control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical scopes from pre‑construction through close‑out.
• Coordinate schedules, documentation, and client/trade communication.
• Track material flow, submittals, RFIs, change orders and field progress.
• Collaborate closely with superintendents, foremen and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects stay on budget, on time and meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven electrical construction project management experience.
• Ability to handle both field and office demands simultaneously.
• Experience with complex building systems or fast‑track schedules preferred.
• Strong communication, urgency and accountability.

What we offer

• Compensation $58‑$82 per hour, based on experience, project complexity and travel.
