Electrical Engineer (Experienced)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to design and analyze site-wide power distribution systems ranging from 15 kV to 120 V. The role involves client interaction, field measurements, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design power distribution systems from 15 kV to 120 V and develop construction drawing sets for industrial facilities.
• Perform arc‑flash and power system analysis using SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower.
• Travel to client sites for measurements, equipment evaluation, and start‑up support.
• Lead a team of engineers, designers, and drafters, ensuring effective communication and quality output.
• Implement BIM protocols and departmental improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communicator comfortable working with clients, contractors, vendors, and design staff.
• Self‑motivated with a passion for tackling unique design challenges in a fast‑changing industry.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and asking clarifying questions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower for power system analysis.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code and industry standards for large‑scale power distribution.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) protocols.
