Field Service Technician – Roofing, Siding & Gutters

About the role

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to provide hands-on service for roofing, siding, gutters and other exterior construction on residential and commercial properties. The company provides the truck, basic tools and ladders; the role is full-time, year-round, about 45 hours per week, with weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common roofing issues
• Address siding and exterior repair needs
• Work with and repair gutter systems
• Identify installation or maintenance issues and perform basic carpentry and general repair work
• Climb ladders and access roofs as needed
• Handle and transport materials
• Follow safety guidelines and established installation procedures
• Represent the company professionally with customers and help ensure they are satisfied

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance or a related hands-on field
• Previous hands-on experience with roofing, siding and gutters
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance and ability to pass a background check and MVR
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable climbing ladders, handling physically demanding work and working outdoors in varying conditions
