• Perform distribution switching and service restoration tasks across the electrical grid.
• Monitor system performance and respond to outage events and storm callouts.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Document actions and report data to support operational analysis.

• Experience in electrical distribution or utility operations.
• Ability to make confident decisions under pressure.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible 24/7 rotating shifts, overtime, and storm response.
