Assembler II - GPHE/ETO 1st Shift

About the role

Alfa Laval seeks a self‑motivated Assembler II for the GPHE/ETO line on the first shift. You will run production processes, follow safety and quality standards, and continuously look for improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints to execute daily production tasks.
• Report safety, quality, parts, or equipment deviations immediately to the Team Leader/Manager.
• Participate in Daily Status Board meetings, explain deviations and propose solutions.
• Identify waste (time, motion, inventory) and drive Kaizen improvements.
• Maintain 5S standards through daily and weekly routines.
• Cross‑train on other manufacturing processes and use downtime for learning.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated team player who aligns with Alfa Laval’s Action, Interaction, and Satisfaction drivers.
• Solution‑oriented, able to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Crane operation certification (preferred).
• Forklift operation certification (preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.
• Basic computer skills.
