Education Success Manager

About the role

The Education Success Manager will lead the design, development and continuous improvement of curriculum for the MCP Accelerate program and emerging partner programs within the Mayo Clinic Platform. This on‑site role in Southaven, Mississippi, focuses on creating high‑quality learning experiences that support Mayo Clinic’s strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaboratively design, develop and implement curriculum for the MCP Accelerate program.
• Iteratively refine the program in partnership with other MCP Success Managers and leaders.
• Collect partner feedback and develop data‑driven solutions to enhance learning outcomes.
• Advise on the creation of new partner programs and translate insights into broader education initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance to MCP leadership on high‑quality learning experiences.
• Serve as liaison for educational content development with internal and external partners.
• Build inter‑professional relationships across Mayo Clinic to support education development.
• Apply current learning technologies, theories and pedagogical approaches to create meaningful experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in curriculum design and educational program development.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive improvements.

• Strategic thinking with capacity to align learning solutions to organizational goals.
• Familiarity with modern learning technologies and instructional design principles.
