Education Recruiter – Southeast Pennsylvania

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to support talent acquisition across Southeast Pennsylvania. You will act as a brand ambassador, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for educational and related positions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Represent Kelly at job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Handle full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, schools, and community organizations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % locally for events and hiring activities.
