Education Account Supervisor (Client Services)

About the role

The Education Account Supervisor will serve as the primary liaison between Kelly and its education clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong stakeholder relationships. This full‑time, onsite position combines client management, reporting, and team leadership within a dynamic staffing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and service delivery, managing multiple stakeholders and the temporary workforce.
• Act as the escalation point for service issues, ensuring 100% compliance with contractual agreements.
• Determine client reporting requirements, create and analyze reports, and take corrective actions.
• Prepare and present business reviews and hold regular client meetings for consistent communication.
• Partner with Recruiting and Talent Services to manage the temporary workforce, addressing turnover, coaching, terminations, and technical support on order processes.
• Lead and manage a team of Recruiters, Onboarding Coordinators, and Talent Support staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, vendor management, or education.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service focus and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week and travel locally up to 20%.
• Valid US driver’s license in good standing.
