Education Account Manager – St. Louis

About the role

The Education Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Kelly and educational clients in the St. Louis area. You will build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring schools and districts receive the right staffing solutions to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, understanding and anticipating staffing requirements.
• Coordinate placement of teachers, administrators, and support staff for schools, districts, and other educational organizations.
• Collaborate with recruiters to guarantee timely fulfillment of staffing requests and high client satisfaction.
• Proactively resolve any issues related to staffing or service delivery.
• Track, report, and analyze account performance, identifying growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of high‑level client account management and operations experience in staffing, HR, or a related field.
• Proven ability to create and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Valid US driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 20% for hiring events, school visits, and related activities.
