About the role

The Education Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Kelly and educational clients in the Huntsville area. You will build strong relationships, understand staffing needs, and ensure successful placement of qualified educators.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for schools, districts, and other education organizations.
• Coordinate and manage the placement of teachers and support staff.
• Collaborate with recruiters to meet staffing timelines and client expectations.
• Resolve any service delivery issues promptly.
• Track, report, and analyze account performance to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of client account management experience in staffing, HR, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 20% locally.
