eCommerce Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an eCommerce Operations Manager to lead operational performance across digital sales channels in Honolulu. The role will focus on strengthening fulfillment processes, improving inventory accuracy, and supporting growth through better planning and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across online sales channels by refining workflows, improving order flow, and increasing overall efficiency.
• Develop and introduce process enhancements that lower operating costs, shorten delivery timelines, and support business expansion.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to coordinate forecasts, inventory priorities, and promotional activity.
• Manage channel‑level demand planning and inventory allocation for direct‑to‑consumer and marketplace platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.
• Monitor stock visibility across systems and selling platforms to keep inventory records current and reliable.
• Address inventory exposure by taking action on shortages, excess supply, aging goods, and products approaching expiration.
• Oversee inbound logistics, receiving activity, and inventory movement across multiple warehouse locations.
• Direct cycle counts and full physical inventory reviews, reconcile discrepancies, and partner with Finance to support valuation accuracy and audit preparedness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional business‑related education preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, operations, or related business management roles.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting online marketplace channels, including Amazon and Walmart.
• Demonstrated success improving operational performance and contributing to revenue growth in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong analytical capability with experience translating business data into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of building productive cross‑functional partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and inventory or reporting tools, along with strong organization and time‑management skills.
