Eating Disorder Therapist – Remote (Founding Clinical Team)

About the role

Join Nabi Health’s founding clinical team as an Eating Disorder Therapist. You will deliver high‑quality virtual therapy to adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, while collaborating with dietitians and medical providers in a multidisciplinary, trauma‑informed model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy for patients with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body‑image concerns.
• Collaborate with Registered Dietitians and medical providers on coordinated treatment plans and case consultations.
• Conduct comprehensive intake and ongoing risk assessments using evidence‑based clinical judgment and validated outcome measures.
• Document sessions promptly and accurately in the company’s EMR system.
• Communicate proactively with the care team about patient progress, safety issues, and treatment adjustments.

Required profile

• Active, independent Washington State license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) or PSYPACT eligibility – residency in Washington not required.
• Minimum three years of post‑licensure experience treating eating disorders or related conditions.
• Experience delivering therapy via telehealth platforms.
