Early Intervention Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics)

About the role

Ivy Rehab for Kids is hiring a part-time, pay-per-visit Early Intervention Occupational Therapist in Berks County, Pennsylvania. You will work with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model that empowers parents to give the supports and techniques their child needs. Services are delivered in the child's natural setting, such as home, daycare or community.

Key responsibilities

• Work with children from birth to age three and their families in their natural settings
• Use a coaching model to help parents provide the supports and techniques their child needs to reach their goals
• Provide occupational therapy services as a per-visit clinician (5-19 hours per week), with the chance to build toward part-time or full time depending on need and flexibility

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state
• At least one year of experience as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist working with children ages 5 and under
• Fellowship completed and Certificate of Clinical Competence earned
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification, including infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing
