Key responsibilities

• Complete a 6‑week immersive onboarding in Tulsa focused on technical, business, and leadership skills.
• Contribute to project assignments aligned with company priorities, delivering tangible results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and gain exposure to field operations.
• Travel to field locations as required while maintaining a primary base in Tulsa or Houston.

• Recent engineering graduate with a strong academic record.
