Dual Site Leasing Professional – Crystal Tower/Telegraph Hill

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Dual Site Leasing Professional to manage leasing activities for its Crystal Tower and Telegraph Hill communities in San Francisco. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, showing units, and processing applications.
• Implement community marketing initiatives to attract new residents.
• Manage lease renewals and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Maintain accurate leasing records using Yardi CRM and other property‑management software.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
• Ability to work the schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am–6 pm.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi CRM.
• Experience using other property‑management software platforms.
