Dual-Site Community Manager – Sixty58 and Waverly Flats

About the role

The Dual‑Site Community Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations for the Sixty58 and Waverly Flats properties, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenues, approve invoices, and control expenditures.
• Oversee leasing activities, including application approvals, rent collection, lease renewals, and enforcement.
• Analyze market trends to create leasing and marketing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints, service requests, and ensuring property upkeep.
• Supervise property staff, handle hiring, training, performance management, and coordinate with owners on property performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
