Drywall Project Manager

About the role

CASEY Construction Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to lead multiple commercial drywall projects from hand‑off to completion. The role focuses on delivering quality work, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, managing personnel, material coordination, and equipment.
• Attend on‑site project meetings with clients and process RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and daily job reports.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure work aligns with contract documents.
• Implement contract preparation, on‑site coordination, quality control, and cost tracking.
• Maintain compliance with local, city, and state building codes and enforce safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in the commercial drywall trade.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multi‑task across several projects.
• Customer‑service mindset with a focus on meeting schedules and client expectations.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in processing RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and daily job reports.
• Knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs.
