Drywall Finisher – Union Pay + Benefits

About the role

ACP Ohio is looking for experienced drywall finishers to join our growing team. This union‑backed position offers top pay, benefits, and the opportunity to work on a variety of job sites throughout the Columbus area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist supervisors with the final finishing of drywall surfaces.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and other equipment provided by the company.
• Ensure work complies with local building codes and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service on each job site.
• Stand for prolonged periods, climb ladders, pull and lift heavy objects as required.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 18 feet and lift 50 lb unassisted.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to join the union and work a set 40‑hour week.
