Drywall Estimator

About the role

CASEY Construction Group seeks an experienced Drywall Estimator to develop detailed cost proposals for commercial projects. The role involves interpreting drawings and specifications to produce accurate bids and support project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret specifications and drawings to prepare written proposals and bids.
• Lead document management, ensuring proper file structure and distribution.
• Perform quantity take‑offs, analysis, and detailed estimating for assigned scopes.
• Coordinate scope requisitions, eliminate gaps, and manage post‑bid action items.
• Attend pre‑construction job walks and maintain knowledge of local building codes.

Required profile

• Minimum five years estimating commercial construction projects, preferably drywall.
• Proficiency with estimating software, preferably Edge Estimating.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities for quantity take‑offs and cost analysis

• Salary range $70,000 – $120,000 per year, based on experience.
