About the role

Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced drum instructor to teach in‑person at the Rochester School of Music on a part‑time basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality drum lessons to students of varying skill levels.

Key responsibilities

Provide individual and group drum lessons to students on scheduled days.
Maintain consistent availability and punctuality for scheduled classes.
Prepare lesson plans and materials aligned with students' progress.

Required profile

Degree in music performance or pedagogy, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated passion for teaching young musicians.
Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Required skills

Proficiency in drum performance and instruction.
Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels.

What we offer

Hourly pay ranging from $26 to $30 based on experience.
